Introduction
The Crown Chakra, also known as the Sahasrara Chakra, is the seventh and final of the seven main chakras in the human body and is associated with the color violet. It is located at the top of the head and represents our connection to the divine and our highest level of consciousness. This chakra is responsible for our sense of inner peace and enlightenment.
When our Crown Chakra is balanced, we feel a strong connection to the divine and a sense of inner peace. We are able to let go of attachments and embrace a greater sense of purpose. On the other hand, when this chakra is imbalanced, we may feel disconnected from our spirituality and struggle with feelings of depression or anxiety.
